Offered here is a vintage New York Rangers pennant from the 1950s. The pennant is completely original with the tassels fully intact, and features a caricature of New York Ranger Captain and Hall of Fame defenseman Harry Howell. It comes professionally matted and framed, measuring approximately 36 inches wide by 15 inches high.
Established in 1926, the New York Rangers are part of the National Hockey League's Original Six, and they are the first NHL team from the United States to win the Stanley Cup, accomplishing that feat in the 1927-1928 season.
Since then, the Broadway Blueshirts have gone on to raise The Cup three more times, most recently in 1994. That Stanley Cup title broke what many Ranger fans believed to be a curse, and brought Lord Stanley's Cup back to Madison Square Garden for the first time in 54 years.
This classic pennant is in near mint condition and is perfect for any Ranger fan!
