The Big Three Signed 8x10 Framed Photo
PSA/DNA - Graded 9.5!
One of the most iconic photos in Yankee history, 1951 Opening Day in the Bronx, Mantle's rookie year and DiMaggio's final season. This virtually flawless photo boasts high-grade signatures of Joe DiMaggio (grade 10), Mickey Mantle (8), and Ted Williams (10) in bold blue ink!
April 17, 1951: Mickey Mantle recalled it as the worst day of his life because he was so scared and couldn't sleep the night before. Wearing No. 6 at the time, the hyped rookie blushed when a photographer asked him to pose with baseball's two greatest stars, Joe DiMaggio and Ted Williams. Fighting nerves, Mick batted third in front of DiMaggio and finished 1 for 4 with an RBI, leading the Yanks to 5-0 victory over the Red Sox. (Also, an interesting note this was the same day that legendary public address announcer Bob Sheppard made his debut!)
