General Shipping Information

We ship all orders via US Postal Service, Fedex or UPS. Signature confirmation is required on most items.

Online tracking is provided and shipments can be viewed online.

All items are insured by the carrier and a third-party independent insurance company.

We do not ship outside of the United States. Please e-mail or call for more information.

All orders must be shipped to the billing address. If you’re buying a gift or shipping to another address please contact us first.

Shipments to New York addresses are required taxable by state and local law.

 

Store Pick-Up

Are you local? Save money by picking up at our New York City store at no charge. Just bring your receipt and photo identification. We are located at 104 E. 57th Street (off Park Ave.), New York, NY 10022.

Store Hours: Monday-Thursday, 10:00am-5:00pm.

 

Uber RUSH

We also offer Uber RUSH on orders within New York City. Items that are restricted from Uber RUSH include all bullion and items priced over $500.
