United States Gold Buffalo

The American Gold Buffalo is the official pure gold bullion coin of the United States. It is legal tender manufactured and guaranteed by the US Government. This Gem Brilliant Uncirculated coin contains a full troy ounce of gold and is 99.99% pure (24k). Introduced in 2006, the American Gold Buffalo is the first and only pure gold coin minted by the United States. The beautiful design is based on the original 1913 Type 1 Buffalo Nickel.

American Gold Buffalos are distributed by the US mint in sealed plastic sheets bearing the US Mint name and logo.
